7-day money-back guarantee
If the kit isn’t right for you, you can ask for a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase. You don’t need to give a reason, and it doesn’t matter if you have already downloaded the files.
How to ask for a refund
- On Hotmart. Go to My Purchases or to Hotmart’s refund page and enter your transaction code. It starts with HP and appears in the email with your access details. Hotmart will email you a verification code. See Hotmart’s guide.
- By email. Write to contact@ottodigitalmedia.com from the email address you used to buy, and include your transaction code if you have it. We will process the refund on Hotmart.
When you get your money back
Hotmart refunds the amount to the payment method you used. Under its terms, this takes up to 30 days for bank transfers and up to 90 days for credit card purchases, depending on your bank’s billing cycle.
After the guarantee period
If a file won’t open or is damaged, email us at any time: we will send you a working copy, and if we can’t fix the problem, we will refund you. This does not limit any other rights you have under the law.
After a refund
Hotmart cancels access to the purchase. Your license ends with the refund, so we ask you to delete the downloaded files.
