This policy explains what personal information we handle when you visit the sales pages of the Otto Digital Media Study Collection and when you buy one of its kits.

What we collect
When you visit a page. The pages use no cookies, forms, tracking pixels, or analytics tools, and images and fonts are served from our own hosting. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, logs technical data about each visit, such as your IP address, the date, and your browser, to keep the service secure and running.
When you buy. Payment takes place on Hotmart, which handles your payment details under its privacy policy. We never see your card details. To deliver your kit and support you, Hotmart shares purchase details with us, such as your name, email address, the product, the date, the amount, and your country.
When you email us. Your email address and the content of your message.
How we use it
- To deliver your kit and handle your purchase, guarantee, and refunds.
- To answer your support requests.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We will send you marketing emails only if you expressly agree.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for these purposes, and then for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to run the service: Hotmart (payment and delivery), Hostinger (hosting), and our email provider. Some of them may process information outside your state or country, with the safeguards the applicable law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing contact@ottodigitalmedia.com. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor these requests for every customer, wherever you live.
Children
Our kits are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
